A big problem that we had while filming was the sound quality. When we revised the film we recorded we noticed there was too much noise of the wind and that interfered with how the quality was going to turn out. In the end we used my stepmoms three professional microphones that made the sound amazing and increased the quality of our film in a extremely positive way. This was a good learning tool because in our editing process we had to match the sound with the quality of the microphones and that made it so much better and helped us in the end.

During the process of filming we used my stepmoms professional drone and we got some really cool drone footage. In the end we decided not to add it to our final product because it wen’t over the time and it wasn’t an important part of the story in our film. It was really just a cool extra of film that we added and then edited out.

In our final product we started using Daniel’s iPhone X, and it was good quality but then I asked my stepmom if we could use her Canon 5D Mark IV. This made the quality a lot better and made the filming more enjoyable since we were using her professional piece of equipment. It made the process longer of transferring the footage onto the computer to edit it on iMovie but in the end it made the quality one-hundred times better and so worth it.

In our final product we used linked from a video and just pasted in into our video so it overlaps behind it. After we finished that we realized the sound was really choppy and we did research on websites to get music from and we found MuiscBed. This website helped us so much because the sound quality is professional and its use is a membership of fifteen dollars a month. This was good because it helped us make our developing film better in quality.

A major problem that we had was when we were done with the filming we didn’t know how to make everything flow with the music, audio, and footage. It was hard for us at first because we didn’t know how to make it flow and synchronized. In the end we got help in making the sound quality better, the footage quality better, and the music quality better from my stepmom. She didn’t do the work for us she just gave us tips on how to make it better.

We were having problems in our process of editing our final product because we did not know how to use the program Final Cut. It was difficult because it’s more professional and there is a lot more to understand. In the end we just decided to use iMovie since it’s more user friendly and it’s a good tool to use for beginners, so that helped us overcome that problem really fast.

We tried new things to integrate into our film to make it more technical so it fits the main aspect of our movie that being the athletic aspect of it. We watched movies to help us with angles, lighting, and different techniques to help us improve our film and to go back and fix anything that would have been flawed in our film.
